Why have I been charged despite cancelling my membership?

Once a membership has been cancelled you will receive an email confirmation of this from us and will still have access until the subscription period you have paid for expires. If you have still been charged despite cancelling, please contact our customer resolution team who will investigate this.

I would like to cancel. Will this be a problem?

Cancelling is designed to be pain free. Depending on when you cancel, you will still have access to the remainder of the month you've paid for. Once that's over, you won't be billed again.

Am I eligible for a refund?

If you have experienced technical difficulties, been the victim of fraudulent activity, or an accidental billing mistake has happened, you qualify for a refund. Should the site not meet the level of expectation or customer satisfaction you hoped for, you should contact a member of the team to discuss reimbursement.

We will endeavour to process your refund within 24 hours of receipt of the request. An email acknowledging your request for a refund will be sent to the address on record. It can take up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
